This is my second laptop purchase from Back Market. My first MacBook Pro lasted me six years - and could have lasted longer had I been able to continue updating my OS (obviously a Mac problem, not a BM problem). I love my new laptop. It looks great and functions smoothly so far (I've had it for a few weeks). One concern that's hopefully nothing is that the laptop can get hot to touch. I know that the best way to make your tech last is to prevent it from overheating. It's difficult to tell if this is just how this laptop was made with the i9 processor or if the heat has to do with its refurbishing. It's something I'm keeping my eye on. The ordering process was super easy. I got the MacBook Pro very quickly and it is in great shape. Everything works really well. The only place there is even a slight bit of wear and tear is on the keys. You can see they have been typed on. Other than that, you'd think that this was a new computer.
