I ordered a 2019 refurbished 16” MacBook Pro in good cond. It’s like brand new. Not a scratch. Battery is 100%normal. Screen is perfect. Super fast processing. Shipping was great packaged very well. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect from a “good quality” laptop, but I have to say, this laptop is immaculate. I’ve been recommending back market to my friend. When I buy another MacBook, I’m definitely using back market again. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that it came with a 65w power adapter in stead of a 96w. Amazing Machine! Looks brand new. If this is what "good" looks like, then I can't imagine"excellent" must be. I am super thrilled with my new MacBook! It is lightening fast and it's mine all mine! Waited a couple months before leaving a review. I have made several purchases off Back Market, and I've never been dissapointed. The MacBook was in "Good" condition, but I mean the thing was almost flawless except maybe some scuffs from being put in and taken out of a bag. Performance is great, battery is as expected since I run several adobe programs at one and use an external monitor. Its basically a desktop for me. Only complaint, is that I seem to be having issues with my mic, and my camera at times. Specifically on zoom and discord... dont know what thats about since it works on other platforms...
