They sent me a broken laptop!! They said if I sent it back, they’d fix or replace it. They did neither, thankfully they refunded my money but I make my living with my laptop so everyday without one, I’m losing money. This ordeal lasted close to 2 months from order date to refund date. I would absolutely never recommend ordering anything “all out apple” has to offer.
