I was very skeptical about buying from this site. I did a lot of price comparison on marketplace and eBay before making a purchase. I purchased the 2019 MacBook Pro in excellent condition, 2.4 ghz i9, 64 gb ram , and 8 tb ssd for a little over $1000 shipped. My purchase arrived completely as described. The battery cycle count was 39. Purchased for half the price of eBay and marketplace. The MacBook does not have a scratch, dent, or scuff mark at all! Highly Recommend! This site has just became my go to for used/refurbished electronics!

I was initially hesitant to purchase a refurbished MacBook; however, my experience with Back Market with this initial purchase (MacBook, i9, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD) was excellent, so much so that I purchased a 2nd unit configured just like the initial one for myself. (I purchased the initial MacBook for my son, who is a Service Desk Representative, who needed to learn MacOS.) Even though Back Office often recommends purchasing the "Good" condition machines, I purchased the "Excellent" condition MacBooks at a slight premium in price which I think was more than justified by the delivered MacBooks. When they were delivered, they were indistinguishable from brand new MacBooks cosmetically, and performed just like I would have expected a new MacBook to perform. All initial configuration and provisioning of these machines went without a challenge, and we now have two stellar laptops at a fraction of what they would have cost if purchased in "New" condition. I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for either Intel or M-series-based Apple products check out Back Market very seriously. You won't be disappointed.

I was hesitant at first about buying a refurbished MacBook … But I am very pleased! I do a lot of DJ and video editing along with heavy photo editing .. I had it for two weeks now .. and it hasn’t missed a beat! Very glad I chose Back Market!

disappointed to buy a laptop in excellent condition only to have a loud fan noise and discoloration at the corner of its screen. i’ve already bought and returned a laptop from the same refurbisher and i’m discourage to return this one and wait another 10 days for another laptop because it’s interrupting my work. i believe a laptop that has a fan noise that loud should not be under excelente category.

Incredible machine. Arrived fast and furious. Has all the bells and whistles I was needing to edit all of my everything. Super great shape for a refurbished item. Nary a ding or a scratch, and it purrs like a kitten. Would definitely buy again from this institution (and I have, before - this is my second purchase from Back Market and I've never been let down). Have your eye on that thing? Do it. Do it. It's worth it.
