I was not to happy that when I ordered it stated it would be delivered by a specific date/day which was a Monday and my day off, and then once I paid I was given a different date so I had to take a day off work so I would be home to sign for the package. It was delivered in a hard case which is nice but once I was able to take it off I did discover a dent on the top, a bottom corner that is chipped/shaved off and looks like it was dropped on that corner, another bottom corner that is chipped and some gouges where it flips open. I was definitely not expecting any of these and I feel like that is probably why it was delivered with a hard case, specifically to hide them. I haven't had much time to use it but when I have played around with it so far I like it. I wouldn't consider this condition the same way backmarket describes it, definitely should have been dropped down a grade.
