I’ve bought 2 Apple Watches from here before so I had to try out the MacBooks. I’m really glad I did. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and I love it. This is my second pre owned MacBook Pro and I’m going to continue to save money doing my purchasing this way. No different than buying a used car, house, camera, etc. Let someone else take the retail price hit then come here and buy it for a more than fair price and shipped within the week of ordering. I've needed to upgrade for years, I've been using a 2014 Macbook Pro 13" with 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD and it got to the point where I couldn't even have bluetooth and web browsing working smoothly. I purchased a Macbook Pro 16" core i9 with 64GB RAM and 2TB SSD in "fair" condition with taxes and fees all under $600. It was almost $3000k savings from when it was brand new. Computer came on time, fair is an unfair description. IT WAS FLAWLESS, no scratches. There was only slight palm rest sheen on it, which would happen the second I would touch it anyways. Battery cycle at 242, I'll take it! I almost clocked over 900 on the old machine. Extremely happy with this purchase, I looked all over the internet and bought other Macs on other sites in the past, Back Market is legitimately the best place to by refurbished. 101% satisfied.

I was pleasantly surprised by my purchase of my Macbook Pro. It was shipped very quickly and arrived damaged free. The condition I purchased was "good", so I didn't expect much. However, there was hardly any signs of wear on it, besides a small mark on the side. I was able to update the OS to the latest version, shocking me because the model year is 2019. I had it for around a couple of weeks and have experienced no problems at all. I even received emails making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Combine this with the year warranty, I am worry free taking the leap and buying a refurbished product. I will have no issues purchasing more products from Back Market in the future.

I was definitely a bit apprehensive about purchasing refurbished let alone not from an authorised retailer, but back market has not only earned my permanent business but also granted me peace of mind about purchasing in the future. I ordered a 2019 MacBook Pro 16" in good condition and couldn't be more pleased. Outside of a few light scratches on the exterior casing it arrived in great condition; far better than expected. Hello, So far I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I was a bit skeptical, and did a lot of research, trying to find out if I was setting myself up to get scammed. In the end it seemed to be totally legit and there was the normal amount of gripes and complaints, but plenty saying it was worth a try. I pulled the trigger and ordered my MacBook, which was far better than I thought I would be able to get for that price. Amazingly arrived on the day. It said it would, and fired up just fine. Been using it for a couple days now and it’s an amazing machine. I haven’t dealt with any problems yet so I don’t know how customer service is, but I’m quite happy so far and really appreciate the awesome computer!

My product arrived promptly, and the entire process was easy and simple enough. I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro 16” in “good” condition, and was very satisfied with what I received. My only negative was the charging block I received does not work. The cord was also extremely dirty, but it does work!
