I was expecting this to come with the keyboard because the 3rd image in the description shows a keyboard, and also because the technical specifications description specifically says - "Keyboard type and language - QWERTY - English". My mom was a little disappointed when she opened her gift and there was no keyboard. I needed to order the Surface keyboard separately from Amazon. That was not too big of a problem, but I would like to have known that there was no keyboard before ordering it. The seller should add "keyboard not included" in the description. Another problem is the mini DisplayPort connector does not work. I tried it on a few screens, but I could not get a picture to appear on a connected monitor. The display seems to recognize that something is connected, but it stays dark and no picture appears. The computer is a little slower than I expected, but I did expect it to be slow with only 2 GB of RAM. I was not planning to use this computer for anything that requires a lot of RAM or processor speed, so this was not a bad choice. This computer works. It does what I needed it to do.
