The surface 3 seems grea tbut it won't charge. The touchscreen works but it died and wont charge now. The cord is loose in the charging port but the charging indicator light is on. I am disappointed as I was expecting to be able to use the device immediately but I couldn't even finish set up before it died on me. Im disappointed in how devices are supposed to be tested vefore sale and shipping yet atill arrive with charger connection issues where the port is loose and the device doesnt charge.

I bought this surface go under "excellent" condition, so tell me why it doesn't charge, turn on, why the charging port is bent, and why it has a poorly cut "silver" sticker all over it? This is not worth 50$ let alone 250$. Also, there was no padding in the box it came in, it was just cardboard and the charger was bouncing around when it was delivered. Do not order this bs.
