I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase. Full disclosure, I don't think I've ever bought a computer that wasn't refurbished to some degree. But comparing the prices I saw for this same Surface Pro model (actually, with 128 GBs, not 512) in refurbished form, I thought, if this one turns out not to be a lemon, I will have gotten an amazing deal. It arrived and looked good, with no visible or obvioius issues. It has worked well, the battery seems to be in good shape. My only complaint is that the camera flickers and goes dark sometimes when I'm on a Zoom call. Hoping it will not go out on me completely, or if it does, that it will be covered by the warranty. Alright so I've officially had this laptop for just over 2 week and it is absolutely perfect. I bought it in excellent condition and it arrived in just 3days with only tiny scratches on the back you'd have to look hard to notice. No complaint, it was going in a case anyway. My previous laptop was a Surface Pro 6 Core i5 and it began to get phantom touches, preventing me from drawing on it. This surface pro 7 core i7 is exactly what I needed and more!! It performs so much better than my last laptop. I'm so glad I gave this a chance. This is the best back market experience I have ever had. The product came so quickly in literally three days. I had bad experiences with back market two times before so I was scared this time. As I opened the box, it was very secure and safe for the device. The surface pro and charger were a bit dirty when I first opened them up so that could be improved. But man everything else was awesome. It works perfectly. It has brand new quality. The color is an amazing silver which was very surprising I was expecting it to be black. AND IT CAME WITH A FREE BACKLIT SIGNATURE KEYBOARD!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SELLER!! Now I don't need to buy an overpriced keyboard!! IT CAME WITH MY SURFACE PRO!!! This is working well. I was under the assumption this came with the keypad bc the info said keyboard and dock. I called in to confirm with CSR and was advised the same only to receive w/o the keypad. I called back in to order a keyboard but they couldn't help. I've since ordered one, waiting to receive from another source. Hopefully it fits.
