Seller, DECLUTTR sold me wrong year product, continues to market product for $5 cheaper. This product is NOT A 2022! NOT a 60 MP camera, it is a 16MP camera. Seller had this feedback before, I assumed it was correct. I received a refund and product is now listed $5 cheaper. SELLER WOULD NOT MAKE RIGHT! I have had many great experiences with BackMarket and referred others to BackMarket. This was not at all. I ordered this phone over 1 month ago as an unlocked phone. I received a phone that was locked. The seller received my return and instead of processing the refund as I requested sent me another phone. I was told to refuse the parcel, which I did. The seller and BackMarket provided me no tracking information and still won't provide me tracking information.
