The phone itself if fine, but this is the 2nd phone I've ordered through Backmarket that was advertised as unlocked, works on all carriers (inc vzw), but turned out not able to be compatible with Boom Mobile's "Red" (vzw) network, not, apparently, for any technical reason, but for purely administrative ones. VZW refuses to provision them for Boom, one because it was t-mobile originally, this one, because it was Xfinity. Now, I activated the first one on Boom's "Pink" (T-Mobile) network, and can do the same with this one, but this phone may be going in areas where t-mobile tower coverage is spotty at best. I am deciding whether to proceed with this, but vzw's policy sucks, and backmarket needs to do better on compatibility advertising, or give me a direct line of communication with the refurbisher to verify before purchase.

amazing, awesome, fantastic omg i took a chance here, bc the ratings and reviews online are great. It took me several months to make a decision, so i chanced it with the motorola one 5g ace i bought on here. It arrived fast, packaged well and in above excellent condition. The cosmetic was perfect and everything functions exceptional. this is my first go to when i want any electronics. I got one problem with the phone when people call they can't hear me I got to put the speakerphone on for them to hear me other than that this one is perfect will we fix this you have to return this I need this fixed I can't just have the phone speaker see here the person my number is 425-45-4529 thank you appreciate it if you get fixed tell me what to do

The great: This is the third Moto One 5g that I've ordered and all are in better condition than advertised. The good: This one included an Apple charging cord. (I needed to get one for a side project.) The bad: Weeks later, Motorola has not provided the bootloader unlock code. Since I cannot install LineageOS, the device is unusable. Hey Moto, wake up! Back Market makes it easy to switch to Samsung.
