Good phone at a great price, fast shipping. One complaints, I selected an "excellent" condition of the phone, screen should be in perfect condition based on the condition guide but screen has probably a dozen tiny scratches and imperfections, do not affect the phones performance and are not visible except on a black screen, but I think the condition rating was incorrect. Have not had this experience with back market in the past so I will probably just avoid this particular seller in the future.

At the time that I bought this, I didn't realize it was from a Chinese brand or I wouldn't have bought it, but since I had already received it, I decided to keep it. The phone couldn't receive texts. I tried everything on the phone but nothing worked. Apparently it's a problem between these phones and Verizon, the carrier I'm using. I had to contact my carrier and have them troubleshoot it. They disabled CDMA on the phone and I was able to receive texts afterward. Other than those two things, this phone is perfect, and I love it.

Typical market price for the phone, Kots of scratches around the camera lens'. Some nicks and scratches on the bezel/frame. Should have not been listed asa mint/nearly flawless product. False advertising.I've done better on Swappa.

Returned phone for replacement or refund. Could never get data on it despite changing carriers and both carriers not able to figure out What was wrong. Never received phone replaced or refunded. I feel ripped off.
