It had more wear and tear than I expected. Then after I ordered, I saw Amazon had brand new cheaper. The biggest issue is no provider will activate this phone because it from China. Also, everything is locked. Can't access the SD card from any app. It's made it to a drawer collecting dust after 3 days. You should put a warning that providers may not allow OnePlus phones to be activated. I basically tore up 200.00 because I got nothing usable.
