PS5 alerted it was not propturned off, and there was a profile still on the PS5. I had to factory reset the device myself, and am concerned that the seller didn’t check that the system was functioning properly.

Got it and it works great. Despite some of the images that shows the PS5 Slim, it is just the standard PS5. Which is completely fine since they have no technical differences. It came with a controller, its own HDMI (doesn’t support 4K), charging cable, and power cable. Doesn’t come with a stand which is unfortunate. Not sure if it just got bad luck or that’s how they all are. The PS5 looks amazing and it’s a beast of a console. I got it in the excellent condition and I noticed TINY paint peeling on the sides near the bottom. Also the barcode on the bottom is all scratched out. Other than very tiny peels and chips, it works great, and amazing. This is the second time ordering from Back Market, and still haven’t been disappointed. The only thing I do have a complaint for is that it was three days late (not shipper’s fault), and the shipper pays for the “signature required”, so when buying make sure someone is home or you can leave work or school early. As you can’t remove that or have it digitally signed (at least through USPS). I also ordered the 1TB but got a 600 GB one. I went through absolute hell trying to get this PS5. I had to go to the post office to pick it up twice and it ended up being delivered to my house. But I would say it was more of USPS’s than backmarket’s.

my kids were ECSTATIC! being a single mom with one father deceased, and the other not involved, it hard for me to bless them with the finer things. it may have not been when it was first released, bit, but they got it! Ive watched them for months yearning for one as they go to leave a friend's house who has one. so thank you for making that possible for my children.
