Great website, except phone was not compatible as with my phone company when I filtered out compatibility with the unlocked phone. Samsung phone came with an apple charger which was very strange. Customer service was phenomenal, shout out to the fast and polite response. This caused me to go a a long period of time without a phone, and the area I live is not safe. Please insure the phones are truthfully compatible with certain phone services. Thank you 😊

The Samsung Proccessing system keeps freezing,shutting down on it's own,if device isn't connected to wifi,then unable to use the multi window feature,when swiping up to unlock home screen,it automatically pulls up camera on it's,when trying to assist with not glitching,unable to push power on/off button to have the system cut off/on home screan and windows,but you will here the click sound as if it's cutting home screen on of,mobile data sucks,I've had this phone before,so I know it's supposed to have biometetric fingerprint as well as the Samsung/Google pay feature,this one doesn't. It also will power off pn it's own,wether or not connected to wifi,proccessing system constantly shuts down or stops/freezes on its own.The phone I had like this was the reason I even got into NFC, Fingerprint,and Tap and Pay accesabiity,this doesn't have any of those features,which is weird,so either this device isn't the Samsung A10E or defaulted refurbished versin of the Samsung A10E,thise device is just as bad if not worst than the one that I was replaced it with and the screen is cracked on it.That is not what I paid for,and now have to nuy another phone that does have those features.

Looks better than Good condition! Replaced my old A10e which had cracked screen and dying battery life. This newer one is excellent and I'm getting close to twice the battery life. Very happy.

The sound for phone calls has an echo. It randomly opens things and clicks on things on the screen. I don't know about the GPS. But overall a good phone.

This company advertised an iPhone 7+ that works on all networks which is why I purchased this item? It was not compatible with Xfinity so I reached out to the company at which time they only offered apologies and a refund or a phone that would work on Xfinity. I asked them if they would be willing to send me an 8+ which, as you know is only a few more dollars than the 7+ The 8+ is a slight step up from the 7+. They refused my request and said they would just return my money. However, that does not take care of my time stress and time I’m lost because of their mistake and if they were going to give me something that worked on Xfinity other than a iPhone 7 or plus. that means they would have tried to step me down to a 6+ or a six. I do not recommend this refurbisher to anyone looking for a quality phone advertised for the intended use that they portray. This company screwed up will not stand behind their screwup. I feel in my own personal and professional opinion that they are just out to try to get your dollar and once again do not recommend them to any “STAY AWAY”
