    Phone is not unlocked. Clearly says Verizon on rear/back of outer case. Tried for 5 days with several Boost Mobile reps both in person and via phone and online to set up service. Purchased a new SIM card all for nothing. Waste of time and money

    When I uze the phone to call people on speakerphone they suddenly cannot hear me even though I can hear them. Also the phone cam very laggy and unresponsive. The phone dies quicker than expected and takes forever to charge. Multiple experiences with the phone saying System UI is unresponsive. VERY POOR QUALITY.
