    Ordered 2, they came in within a few days just like i was told they would. One came in great condition could barely tell it wasn't new. One came in with the screen messed up with a yellowish orange color in the corner.

    Have purchased from BM several times and always pleased. Extremely slow delivery for this order. I didn’t realize weekends don’t count in the number of days for delivery. The weather was also a factor in the slow delivery. I do know that BM had zero control of weather. I had to go to Verizon and pay an outrageous price for my husband’s phone and the necessary accessories. We did finally get his phone from BM. Haven’t opened the box and put it away as emergency backup phone. However, I think BM should offer us a credit of some amount due to the untimeliness for delivery and extra money we had to pay VZ. Thank you. Melba Wanted to answer NA on items below, but it wasn’t an option. Will know more when we open.

    When I uze the phone to call people on speakerphone they suddenly cannot hear me even though I can hear them. Also the phone cam very laggy and unresponsive. The phone dies quicker than expected and takes forever to charge. Multiple experiences with the phone saying System UI is unresponsive. VERY POOR QUALITY.
