I bought it in good condition and it had about 3 little marks on the edges of it which was expected! It's a great size, the screen is perfect and the phone works great!My dad loves it! I have nothing but good things to say. My phone became a brick on a Tuesday. I ordered this phone on Wednesday and was up on Saturday. The phone was pristine. I could find no flaws. My only complaint is that it was originally a Verizon phone, and had a lot of bloatware that I had to delete/disable. Great experience

So unfortunately the phone that I ordered did not work on my network or any other network on the GSM side so I had to return the phone after multiple attempts on my side to try and make it work with AT&T Verizon T-Mobile MetroPCS among others. I was able to return the device quickly and within 5 days to 7 days and received my refund and though I would have liked to have have my device from your source I will try my luck elsewhere. So all in all service at back Market is great communication is great and maybe one day I'll be able to buy a device and have it work
