Overall the phone seems to be fine. The only complaint I have is with the battery. Typically with a new phone the battery lasts quite a while for at least the first few months. While I know this is a refurbished phone I would have thought the batter would have been replaced. It lost 58% power in under 4 hours, not being constantly utilized during those 4 hours. The phone works great. I got the fair condition,but honestly It looks excellent to me. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't fit the sd card from my 9 into the ten, and the lack of headphone jack but that had nothing to do with back market as a company. This was the first of 6 items I've purchased here that was delivered a day late, all others have been early. Good condition = some minor scuffs along edging and a couple small scratches on the screen, which is notably better than the shattered front and back of the phone I'm replacing! I really wish there were accessory options: I do not need another charging cable, though I would have loved a pin for the SIM tray.
