I brought this phone for my husband who will use only Galaxy note 10+. We were vacationing Jamaica where he lost his phone. Came back home and tried to buy the Galaxy 10+ from Amazon, got the phone and it was locked although it was advertised as being open. We went to best Buy, we got the Galaxy 10, and it was locked again. Here we go again. Then suddenly, my husband said he heard about back market. I was skeptical at first, refurbished phone oh no. However, we purchase the phone, and it took a little long to arrive. When it arrived, it looked brand new I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely buy from back market again.

The phone looked new. Only issue is the s pen won't connect for air commands. But it's okay. Everything else is like new and that's what we like to see. Maybe the s pen is a one off thing. S pen still works, but I can't use air commands from far away. It just won't connect.

I have brain injuries, so I did not realize I had purchased a phone here. I am purchasing my 2nd phone from this company. I am very satisfied with the Samsung G10 Note (Plus/+). I purchased from BackMarket. I found them this time, searching for a new phone, and found I already had an account and had to change my password. That is why I know I purchased a phone here. The phone has never given me any problems, and I have had it for almost 2 years. All this time, I did not realize it was a preowned phone. So that tells you the condition of a phone; when backMarket says it is a GOOD phone, they do mean it. I am very happy that I found I purchased a phone from this company before... It definately makes me feel better about purchasing one here again since I have had such a problem-free/scratch-free phone that was purchased here at BackMarket. Thank you, guys, for being such an upstanding company. I, for ONE, appreciate YOU.

This is the 2nd phone purchased from Back market and I have zero complaints about the quality or service let alone the super fast shipping times.I think you would have to be crazy to pay full retail after discovering Back market!! Keep it up guys!!

Ordering, shipping, and the Note 10+ itself was awesome. Back Market constantly updated me and then gave info to get it connected to t-mobile. I was so impressed with the phone I didn't want to touch it. A thing of beauty. Absolutely perfect. Back Market impressed me and I will be back.

So far, so good. Works much better than a newer Motorola phone. Only problem I ran into was that it kept updating the software for the phone. I reached out, and the seller just offered to have me return it and refund me. Didn't even offer to explain what ended up being a simple answer, that the phone was reset to new, and it needed all 39 updates to bring up to date. Yeah, return it, after I just set it all up, transfered everything, etc.... Phone works fine. I think it's more of a seller thing, not back market.
