The phone is great! I have been using it for three weeks with no issues so far. The phone came near pristine. I had to inspect it for a full minute before noting a single flaw..and that was the only one. A small scratch on the corner, away from the screen. Thank you Back Market for supplying us with high quality refurbished products.

I put in for just a black version and ended getting a star wars version which was really awesome! Had some scrapes on the sides but I had opted for the fair condition (which those can easily be overlooked with a case). Phone works great, no issues so far. Back Market gets a 10/10! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a phone.

This item actually replaced one of the same model that I had before and loved. Love this one too. It was just time for the old one to be refreshed. Very happy with the timeliness of shipping etc. Still waiting to get some money back on my old device. Just shipped that out 2 days ago. I am expecting that part of the transaction to go smoothly as well.

Everything was excellent!! Phone arrived ahead of schedule and in excellent condition. It is like a new phone. I will never buy a new electronic device again. I got the Note 10+ Aura. The excellent version. And I got it for a bit over 300. Compared to the fact that this phone usually costs like 1,200 bucks.. I think it's safe to say I got an amazinggg deal! Now I just got it yesterday, and I have put it through a bunch of stuff to test it and everything. And lemme tell ya.. not only is there not a SINGLE SCRATCH on the screen OR even the case.. but the phone works.. absolutely flawlessly! Definitelyyy worth the 300 or so dollars for it. Now I'm also about to get a better charger (This phone can take a max of 45 watts, and make sure you get one that has the "Super fast charge 2.0). Also.. try your best to get a new cable that can do at least 100 watts or more, and that your charger box has USB C to USB C that can fit the wire to the phone, and one of the connections can do just a straight 45 watts! (Its faster and more efficient) Make sure the power box has overvoltage, overheating, etc etc.. protection. Do that.. and you will be blown way by this phone!
