This product was perfect and honestly it's always a hit or miss with refurbished products from different companies. I bought the galaxy note 20 for a low price and it came in perfect condition. After 2 tries of trying to buy a good condition that matches the grade I bought unlike the other companies I got my refunds from because theirs didn't match the grade, this one and I'm happy with my purchase.

Phine is great and so was follow up with back market. I had the note 9 I cracked it. Now I have the note 20 and it was a seemless transition. I hardly notice the difference between the 2 versions. So glad I got it used and saved $100'

Quality of physical phone is great, but transition from Note 9 not so easy. Changes to basic functions are confusing. Contacts software is confusing and has eliminates easy, tab select search. Closing apps process is all or none. Not good.

So the s20 note I received has worked great and has awesome features. There are 2 major dings on the outer edge one still visible with case on which annoys me but may not other people. I do want to add I think there was a mix up because the top shelf said like $550 but the excellent condition that I chose said like $230. So I chose the excellent but like I said I think it was set up wrong so I got the lesser of the 3 options. Otherwise backmarket was great it arrived as expected had a fast charging cable w/box which I thought was awesome. I will be buying here again!

Phone was in pristine condition as far as the how the body of the phone went, but there were moderate LCD burns in the screen. Probably not a big issue to most, but it definitely would've bothered me, like, a lot. But it was an easy return, so it's all good! Thanks!
