I'm relieved I didn't go the carrier route and add an extra $40 to my monthly bill for forever to get a brand new phone. I do love my new phone and it was exactly the shape and condition described (probably better than described actually) and I got a fantastic deal. Very pleased with my purchase - only giving 4 stars because description indicated t-mobile and I received a Verizon phone. (No major compatibility issues yet, though.) The screen had several scratches at the bottom of it. It also was not properly secured at the bottom and was making a clicking noise when I pressed the home button. I couldn't find the 5G option in the network mode. The screen issue is enough for me to return it so I'm not looking into this. Shipping was very quick. The S Pen was extremely dirty so I had to clean that & I was not aware that this was a Verizon unlocked phone, but glad the my T-Mobile sim works in it perfectly. Other than that I have no complaints about the phone itself. Cosmetically the phone came in great condition with only sight screen scratches which aren't noticeable unless in light.
