All's good! Thanks for a good experience with refurbished. Phone works fine. Slight light transparent "mark" on screen but not enough to really notice. Charge port needed a polish. Shipping was fast and the phone was well packaged. The phone seems to work great so far (less than 24hrs into owning it) which is the most important part. My only gripes would be that there's definitely more severe scratches on the body than the grading score described and there's a faint inch long scratch at the bottom of the screen when the grading description for "good" said that the screen would be "perfect." Minor issues that do definitely irritate me a bit, but since I use a phone case and a screen protector which cover or obscure the scratches, I can live with them. After cracking the LCD screen on my Note 20 Ultra, I was horrified to find a replacement panel well over $300. I found a whole, unlocked Note 20 with double the memory and a 2 year replacement plan for significantly less than that. I even splurged for the fastest shipping, my new old phone came in the small window and was incredibly easy to get set up in about 30 seconds following the instructions. I have always loved refurbished devices and back market made it easy and I felt I could shop with confidence. I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone. But, I read other reviews about Backmarket, and decided to take a chance. I got a ship notification the next morning, and the package arrived via Fedex 2 days later. I was really surprised upon opening the box. The phone condition is as clean as a brand new one! I immediately plugged in the charger(Generic USB-C cable and battery was at 85%) and let it top off. about an hour later, I installed my SIM card, and powered it up.It came on without a single glitch, and I transferred my data over. The phone has been trouble free for the last month, and I'm happy I decided to buy a refurb from Backmarket. Got the phone and everything was going well until I realized that I gout the wrong kind, not that they sent the wrong kind which is different, I BOUGHT the wrong phone. It is not the fault of the site as nowhere in galaxy note20 5g is there a word that says ultra, well come to find out a majority of the cases out there are only for the ultra variant which is a little bigger than this one, and frustrating as a owner of this kind. I skimpily bought this phone out of necessity to replace a broken s21 ultra. The phone has done its job and I am happy to be back with a stylus, still sad about the phone missing a aux but my last one got me used to not having one. The experience through back market is good when I consider when I bought it; to how I feel now with the item as my everyday device. Honestly, the phone is in really good quality. I'd say even close to excellent, even though I paid for 'good.' The entire thing went really smoothly, and I got my phone in a timely manner. The only thing I'd say is that it could have been packaged better, it was a little poorly packed when it arrived, but still showed up in good shape so it's okay.
