Great product, fast delivery and multiple corporate email check-ins to ensure that I'm happy with it. I have purchased two refurbished laptops (elsewhere) and had good experiences, so I thought I would try a refurbished phone when my old Samsung S9 failed (just age and abuse, it had been a great phone). I had never heard of Back Market before a Google search, but took a chance and have been very pleased with the experience.

Everything about my interactions on Back Market was excellent. The product (refurbished by a great place in Astoria NY that has been in business for many years) was exactly as ordered. In fact the condition could have been listed as excellent; the only part of the phone that seemed to be less than fully awesome = the speaker for calls. Otherwise, another great Samsung Galaxy unit. I buy the Galaxy line exclusively and will look to buy again on Back Market and from the same people who did the refurbish job. Thank you Back Market! I recommend you guys often!

I bought an Samsung S10 rather than a newer 5G phone because I live in Indiana and 5G is not available in many more rural areas. The phone looked great, the screen was perfect and it seemed to work perfectly. Calls, SMS texts, internet access - it worked. About two months later I tried using it as a wifi hotspot. I found it would not function to provide data access for my tablet. After a bunch of trouble shooting I contacted the refurbisher via Back Market and laid out the trouble shooting I'd done. They sent a USPS label, I sent the phone back, and they refunded the purchase price. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive a fully functioning phone, but Back Market stood behind their warranty and got me a full refund. The customer support is very good. I'll use them again.

I needed a new phone for my daughter, and didn't want to spend an outrageous amount. We were able to get her a great phone, refurbished ar a reasonable price. If I didn't already know how to activate a phone I might have been intimidated becuase there was no instructions, but it was super easy to switch the sim card. I will definitely be back next time we are in the market for a phone.

The phone came quickly. I actually ordered the same phone for my daughter from electronicsforce.com the same day and then tried to cancel it. Electronicsforce actually said that they already shipped the phone, which was a lie. I still haven't received the new phone from them yet. They have free 10-14 day shipping. I was told by their customer service that for their bulk shipping, they wait until there are enough orders and then ship them all at once. What a headache. They accept returns, but charge a 15% minimum restocking fee. What a mistake ordering from electronicsforce.com. As for Backmarket, the S10 came on a Sunday through Fed Ex free shipping. I was able to put my SIM card in, put it in its case and it was ready to use. The battery lasts all day. I ordered it in excellent condition. No scratches anywhere. The phone was in a bubble wrap sleeve, inside a small phone box, inside the Fed Ex envelope. Also contained in the package was a charger cord and outside the box was the SIM opening tool. The phone is so clean. The TouchPad is responsive. No burn marks, The cameras are great 3 different ones, although my daughter loves the cameras. I was worried about getting a refurbish ...

The quality of this product was just as described- very good. However, my only gripe is that it didn't come with an instruction manual, but it's refurbished, so that's to be expected. Other than that, no complaints. I just have to get a new phone case and switch the SIM card to the new device and we're officially in business, baby! 😁
