I was a little hesitant to purchase a refurbished phone, especially from a website I had never heard of. I bought a Samsung galaxy S10E for a great price. When I received the phone a few days after ordering it, I was amazed at the condition of the phone. I was expecting a few scratches here and there, but the phone looked brand new all around. I'm not sure if they replaced the battery, but I get 2 days on a charge. I will definitely buy another phone from back market, no hesitation.

Purchasing a refurbished Galaxy S10e 128gb was easy, fast, and completely as advertised. I saw other sites with the same price for a two year warranty, but the BackMarket warranty includes a new battery! I'm totally happy with my phone, and it feels great to reuse! Thanks!

The S10 is great! It took a bit to get it all set up with my carrier, but that's a them problem. You can't tell the phone is refurbished. This is my 3rd time ordering from Back Market & I just ordered a 4th for my daughter.

I've only had it for three days, but the battery has not completely discharged yet and it is already 1000% better than the Google Pixel 2 I'm replacing. I don't like buying new electronics and appreciate buying from refurbishers who are certified.

Great experience with Backmarket.com The phone arrived just as expected. It does burn through the battery, so will have to deal with that at some point, but I did get the two year service plan. Otherwise, I may consider Backmarket.com for a refurbished laptop! Thanks again, John

The quality of this phone is amazing, the only concern for me is the battery bit that may vary well be my fault with using a certain app or launching program, Def would buy again, but I also recommend using the opportunity to purchase the extra product warranty for things like spills or broken screens, I think I speak for everyone when I say that we all have that one child that sneaks off with our phones on occasion and has a tendency to not take care of things like we do, just saying, other than that, shipping was fast and well packaged and I would give them 6 stars if I could, buying refurbished, especially in our society is the only way to buy electronics if u ask me-thanks again 😀
