BackMarket made the process of purchasing a refurbished cell phone fun and easy. The process was quick, the phone came ready to work with my service provider, shipping was fast and customer service was/is great as they check back with you after the purchase to make sure you're enjoying your product. The Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is great! The only thing I don't like about the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is when turning off, you have to hold 2 buttons at the same time and 1 button is the volume control and it also open other software. I'm so pleased with my new (to me) Galaxy S20 5G phone. I went with the excellent quality and was not disappointed. It looks brand new, minus a little scuffing at the top where the screen and side meet. It is purely cosmetic and my case covers it. The phone itself functions excellently. A huge upgrade from my 2017 Galaxy J. I was leary about buying refurbished, but the customer reviews and my own experience laid my fears to rest.
