I have bought several phones through BackMarket. Great customer service. The phones arrive as scheduled. I love my new phone. The only thing I am not so happy about is the battery. I realize it is not a new battery, but it seems to run down quicker than usual, if I compare it to my other refurbished phones. I am not on the phone that much. I don't text a lot...I don't talk a lot. By evening I have to plug it in.

The phone was in good working condition and was priced reasonably. I didn't have enough for a newer model so I opted to replace my broken phone with the same model and I'm satisfied with it for now, but I'll definitely be coming back for my next phone if they keep the quality and pricing right.

I GOT THE S20 plus and am happy with it. This is my second one, I got it for a backup because I cracked the screen on the one I had. This way if my old S20+ stops working I can just move the Sims card to the new one as I have every thing backed up on it.

I got my phone and plugged it in and the charging port didn't work! Every time I plugged it in it would give me a warning sign or it would say that it had water damage. I tried using different charging cords, plugs, and outlets but nothing worked. I ended up just buying a wireless charger. Other than that, my phone was alright 👍.

I wanted a bigger phone. Mine was 5 years old and it was old then. And it was small. This feels bigger without feeling uncomfortable. I like using two thumbs to type. And being able to read things without blowing them up every time. It is comfortable. And feels new. Very happy.

This is the 2nd device that I've bought and it's just as good if not better than the first. Very happy and will continue to get future devices from you guys! Thank you for the excellent product and fast shipping.
