I just like a new phone for less than $150. Great service, fast delivery. They should include a sim card remover with each phone as the sim card is too small for paper clip.

arrived promptly and was basically like new a few scuffs on the side from normal wear and tear but otherwise it works perfectly fine

So I bought this phone Samsung S20 with a 24 months Warranty Protection Plan, and at some point the phone charging system isn't working, the phone can't be charged. I shipped the phone for repairs which ofcourse is under the Protection Plan and even under the normal 12 months warranty. I got message that the phone could not be repaired and thus I was sent a partial refund because of the phone appearance. That's not even possible because the phone came the way it is and I bought a phone case immediately before using the phone, so it doesn't even make any sense talking about appearance for a used phone that was bought and used within few months inside a phone case. Now I can't even get full refunds or at least send me a new phone to replace that, I instead get a partial refund coupled with the fact that this phone was under 24 months Full Warranty Protection Plan. I have been a Back Market customer for few years now and have made several purchases, this one issue might just make me to think otherwise.

This phone came without the glass cover piece for the camera. An incomplete phone was sent to me. I don't know how it was missed but this isn't a piece that could have fallen off. It is sealed onto the phone over the 3 lenses. I have had 2 of these phones and don't understand how this was sent this way. Accidents happen I know, but I'm returning it for a full refund.
