Was having major problems with my Samsung Galaxy S8 & took it to a repair shop. The battery was replaced, but that didn't help. The service tech at the shop told me about BackMarket. Although the condition was listed as "Very Good", it appeared flawless to me. I am still in the learning process for all the new features on this phone, but it is performing perfectly. At this point, I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Overall I'm satisfied the battery drains really fast which is kinda inconvenient but it is a refurbished phone but everything else is flawless condition of phone was almost brand new it was completely unlocked and set up through metro pcs was pretty simple great phone other than battery

Looks good, have had some connection issues with Verizon and the phones having been unlocked. They do tend to drop calls and give us a message that they are not Verizon phones. But that could be Verizon. They occasionally have no sound and have static or delay. But for refurbished phones work well.

This is the 2nd time on 3 yrs purchasing from Back Market. I recommend to everyone. My 1st phone hadn't issues for 3 yrs. Samsung S9 Pro. I suddenly had issues with 1 important app, my bro is a computer science masters and couldn't find what was wrong. I decided to purchase a newer model - Samsung S20 FE. I love the fact of less waste of electronics with refurbishing phones instead of throwing away or storing them in a draw for decades! I'd call it excellent! Zero scratches or other blemishes. The screen is perfect and the phone works flawlessly. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.
