I received my refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and as reported by other users, you would certainly not know it wasn't brand new. I purchased a Good condition one and it exceeded my expectations. I was a little weary of trying a new company but I have to say I am very impressed with them. I had an issue with another product and they have been very receptive and timely. unbelievable! I am not saying this will happen to everyone, but I chose the poorest (least expensive) condition of the model I wanted and the phone literally looks brand new and works like new! I feel that I can get many years of life out of this phone! Such a shame people upgrade from a perfectly good phone like this just because new model comes out! This is a great, powerful phone and I am very thankful to have gotten it at an affordable price!
