This is the 2nd Samsung smartphone we bought from Back Market. This Samsung Galaxy S21 5g Unlocked 256gb was listed as Fair condition and besides the few scratches on the back of phone, you would have never known it was a refurbished phone.

I was in the market for a new phone and was very seriously considering taking out one of those "loans" from Smart Pay so I could purchase a decent phone. That was until my coworker told me about Backmarket.com! I was very hesitant at first about ordering a refurbished phone but once I did some research, I decided to take a chance and I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB in Phantom Violet, "Good Condition". My new phone arrived this morning and OMG - I am absolutely BLOWN away!!! It looks fantastic! There are hardly ANY visible scratches except for one small one on the front (the back looks flawless), it was extremely easy to transfer over from my old phone, delivery was super quick, and I just simply cannot express how HAPPY I am with my purchase! I am beyond grateful to have found Backmarket.com! I will update/write another review in about 1-2 weeks once I have had a chance to REALLY see what this phone is all about. But like I said, at first glance, I AM ECSTATIC! Thank you, Backmarket!!!

Honestly a really good device, just not the right fit for me. I'm used to a larger screen and longer battery life, that's really the only things I didn't like and that's clearly not the phones fault, I would recommend backmarket and their refurbished devices to any and everyone. The previous device I had was also from BM bought almost 2 years ago it would still be being used had it not suffered water damage, they have excellent quality, value and selection and their customer service is better than any other smartphone retailer, they actually have a conversation feed between you and the representative so you don't have to worry about getting a different person or answer every time. Hands down the absolute best phone buying experience I've ever dealt with and I will continue to purchase into the future. Oh and don't forget about the prices, you'll save a ton of

I will always use Back Market. The s21 is fantastic. Looks brand new. I love the pink color. If anyone is in doubt about refurbished items, do your research first. Back Market will always be my go too.

Worth every bucks. Phone works really well, no scratch at all and in top notch condition. I will definitely recommend this product and back market as well. Simply awesome. Will save many bucks.
