Great phone that came in almost perfect condition (one tiny nick on the back that is barely visible). Worked well right out of the box and had no issues. Tested battery life against my old phone and it was definitely much better, so overall would highly recommend.

Honestly, smoothest transactions I have ever had. Told the entire office I work in about Back Market. Everyone bought something that day when they saw their inventory. This is the 3rd phone that I have bought. I'll never deal with the cellphone companies again after finding this to get affordable options for upgrades.

Fantastic, phone arrived promptly, and in perfect condition. couldnt see any difference between this and a new $900 phone in a verizon box, except a $600+ price variance in my favour. Highly Reccomended!!!

Came in exactly as described in great condition with a charging cable. Was very easy to transfer information to my new phone without any issues. It hasn't been long (only a month) since I've been using it but I haven't had any difficulties so far. I did notice I missed a call from a friend and it didn't show up in my history which is something I dealt with with my last phone.

I ordered the phone to come in good condition, but instead it was in excellent condition! I'm very satisfied and will advise others to use Back Market, and specifically to take a look at The Cellular Resource! :)
