Fast shipping came in 2 days, 5-6 1/2" micro hairline scratches, plastic back some scratches and bruises (Fair)condition.Camera, cpu good,sound could be louder--blue tooth too, general info transfered, OS and security patches up to date, battery need touch up at evening /night a little, got a charger and USB C wire! Good deal at 87.15% off $653.25 new price,this is 3rd phone bought at Backmarket, definitely buy in future. Been telling friends/co workers about Backmarket refurbished phones.

My 3rd purchase from backmarket. Got an iPad, my last phone (dropped and broke the screen) Again I couldn't be happier with the quality & deal I got om this Samsung. It cost the same to upgrade my Samsung as it would to replace the OEM screen. I'm using it now to leave this review. No signs of wear on the device at all and battery life is great. Anytime i hear of someone shopping for tech, I recommend this site. It's great for newer models and phenomenal when your looking to purchase for your kids,etc. Ill be back to upgrade my daughter's phone.

I was looking to upgrade from my S9 after shattering the screen. Since I was prepaid, I definitely wasn't trying to pay full price for a new phone. So I searched till I came across Back Market. I receive my phone in very excellent condition. No scratches look brand new. The transferring of data with no problem. The connection to my provider with no problem. Bought this as a replacement for another phone I got on here a while back. I wanted a good upgrade, but at a reasonable price, so I chose this one, bonus points for the lavender color. When I got it it looked brand new, no scratches, dings or marks at all. So far it has worked perfect and I will definitely continue to buy through backmarket when this one needs replaced.
