Trading in my beat-up S21Ultra with damaged screen for this excellent condition replacement enabled me to, in turn, take advantage of trade-in promotion at Samsung Store. My old phone was worthless for trade-in otherwise. The refurbisher who purchased my trade-in tried to claim that it didn't take a charge... but with my photos in hand, the Backmarket staff swiftly dealt with that. Be sure to take photos of live phone, and of each stage of packaging, so that Backmarket is able to support you in case of dispute. Great customer service!

the whole experience was seamless and great! couldn't have asked for a better experience. I purchased S21 Ultra 256gb Unlocked. while I was hesitant about buying a refurbished device, then my device showed up and all the hesitance went right away! will purchase from again !

There was a scratch on the back by the camera, I give the quality of this refurbished device 4.5/5 stars. Everything else 💪 appears to be in good working order. This is a great phone for the price. The ultra that is. 12gb ram...super fast 🏃‍♂️

Buying my new phone was easily a 5/5, but honestly, trading in your phone to this company was a 1/5. I will explain why below. I was trading in my Galaxy Note 20, and yes it did not look the best, but I was HONEST. I selected the options that said it had wear and tear, and selected the option for the screen that said something about "having dead pixels" because it had a VERY TINY area with a dead pixel on it. The original offer was $141, but upon the refurbisher receiving the phone, I was told that it "didn't match the description" and "had a dot on the screen." They counter offered me a whole ONE DOLLAR. It was honestly insulting that you can tell the truth, be told you were wrong, then get that little of an offer. I'd recommend these guys for buying a phone a million times over, but save yourself some time and sell your old phone yourself.

Buying an electronic online that's been refurbished is always a risk. The phone I purchased from Back Market is nicer and less expensive than Verizon. The warranty is better too!
