I ordered a "good condition" S22. When I received it, the scratches and marks on the sides and around the charging port where more visable than I expected. The screen is flawless though and after multiple updates, the phone is super fast. I had an issue with phone calls, but it seems an update and reboot fixed that issue. I'm still questioning it's fast charging ability as it never says "fast charging" even with Samsung fast charging cable and box. It does hold a charge throughout the entire day, and the quality over all seems pretty good. Maybe not 100% what I expected, and once I received the phone, realized I should have put flawless on my trade in as well, but over all, not a bad deal.

I needed a new phone urgently because the old phone I've had for 3+ years was beginning to slow down, apps would not run on it, lost battery quickly, etc. I had been eyeing a Samsung photo for a while and didn't have the money for a brand-new one. Not only was the BackMarket seller quick, the device itself was more or less pristine save for a couple of minor surface imperfections. The only thing I was concerned with was that the phone would get warm if it ran too many apps for too long. But after a software update it runs like new. Thank you for offering a service that allows people to reduce their carbon footprint!!

I received my S22 very quickly. I also got a FREE upgrade to an Excellent phone, which was great! No blemishes. It looked like it came out of a brand new box. Still learning the ins & outs of Samsung. But so far, the phone performs as expected. Battery charges to 100% & lasts just over 1 day. Very happy & will buy again from Back Market if needed.
