I ordered my last phone off of here(a S21 ultra 5g) it worked amazing . but this phone it came and the fingerprint scanner didn't work ,I went through the trouble shooting steps and it still did not work. returning also found the refurbisher was apparently through amazon-

honestly, this phone is great! I've got pretty much Zero complaints. Barely any scratches or scuffs. Battery is pretty good. Battery life is good. Overall, please save yourself the money & also do good for the environment by buying refurbished. Totally a great call.

I bought a refurbished phone on Amazon, my first time buying a refurbished one. It said it was unlocked for every carrier. Of course, it wasn't and after returning it, it took some time before I got a refund. I had also been messaging back and forth with the seller who sounded very empathetic and helpful, until he realized I was telling him the truth and that my carrier would not accept his phone. Then I found Back Market. The whole process seemed too easy, although it was a little hard to get info. from someone before buying the phone. So I just went on a whim found the one I wanted and ordered it. I was expecting the same, but I really couldn't justify paying full price for an updated phone. I received my phone and it looked brand new. It took a few minutes to set up {I took it in and had the carrier do it) and I was good to go. So you know that saying, "If something looks too good to be true, it probably isn't"? Well that's definitely not the case here.

I got the fair quality phone, and minus a few faint scratches on the screen, which I expected, the phone is perfect. The transfer was incredibly easy and it works great. It does heat up if I use it too much, but I think that's unfortunately just an issue with Samsung phones sometimes.

Decent deal. Don't care for the latest technology. Top quality phone that's affordable for what it's worth. Phone came as described unlocked. I put the boost service and new sim in with no problems at all.

The condition of the S22+ was practically new. My only issue is the screen had a couple small scuffs. Not noticeable when I'm using it, but "Good" condition stated a "flawless" screen. I'm still very happy with my purchase and will order from here in the future.
