I'm having one software problem. There's an icon in the upper left of my home screen for updates. It says, "Software update ready to install, Tap to install new software." When I tap it nothing happens! I've gone to the update area in settings and can't find anything to update. Can you help? Otherwise, an awesome phone and great service! Marilyn Mitchem

I made a mistake by buying a locked Galaxy s22+. I wiped it clean and took pictures. Sent it back with their return label and, just as advertised, two days after receiving it, I got my refund. I've already purchased the unlocked version and it's just like new. I purchased a Dell laptop from Back<Market too, and it's also perfect. Thank you, Back<Market

The S22+ I received is excellent! It looks like a brand new phone to me...and for less than half the price of a new one, can't beat that. It arrived quickly and I was able to et it up and transfer over all my stuff easily through Smart Switch. I have already told many of my friends and family about Back Market and I will be using you again in the future! Highly recommend.

Got a “good” phone for around half off the deal price of a new s22+. I ordered black but they didn’t have that so they basically sent me a brand new white s22+. Basically looks like it came out of the box and the battery is even 100%. I am sure mileage will vary but I am happy.
