I bought this phone for my wife because she wanted to upgrade her galaxy s20+ to the s23+, so far is working great, she loves the Lavendar color, the only thing she is sad about is the Facebook avatar doesn't want to load. But overall if my wife is happy then I am happy. Thanks Back Market for a great phone. I highly recommend your company, the phone received is like brand spanking new, new scratches, or dings, I mean brand new. BackMarket is rating this overall a 2.6 but I'm rating it a 1 star. I ordered my device in excellent condition. Back Market stated that the device that are marked as "Excellent" will come with no scratches on the screen. There was a plastic covering on the screen and I took it off because I wanted to place a new screen protector.
