    The Samsung Galaxy S23 (Grade Excellent) arrived one day early. My first experience with Android OS. The phone arrived in what appeared to be perfect shape with no identifiable marks, not even finger prints. As best I can determine, the battery is at 97% capacity which is good. After a significant learning curve for Android, it all seems to work well. The battery life during the day is excellent. With my usage patterns, it appears I could go two or three days before charging again. My experience with BackMarket was excellent.

    Phone was in excellent condition as described, with very small marks in the screen corner which it wasn't supposed to have but dont bother me. I did not like that it was already set up with a blank account and with texts from the seller, but a factory reset fixed that. It was also packaged incredibly poorly; inside a single bubble wrap pouch taped closed, shipped in a small paper mailer. It did it's job though, but for a $500+ phone it would be nice for it to at least be in a waterproof container.

    The phone came in a timely manner and there were no issues get it set up and all of my info transferred from my old phone to the new phone. I did run into an issue where my camera was not saving photos or screenshots. I rebooted the phone and it started working again.

    Phone arrived on-time in secure packaging. Phone looks almost brand new with very minor smudges on the back. I booted up and have been using it for a week without issues. Definitely an upgrade from a iPhone 8.

    The phone is great! I little small but great! I liked my purchase, the shipping process not so much. My phone came super quick, but my protectors not, so was wait another week to finally use my phone. The cable that came with the phone riped the second day of use. It is a great service tho. Very nice phone!

    (Note: The condition of this phone was listed as "excellent" in my original order, not "very good." My review is based on the original description). This is my second BackMarket purchase (previous one for an S22 for a relative). That experience was positive and was a factor in making another phone purchase, this time for myself. As previously, the search and purchase process was very easy. The phone was delivered very quickly and just as-described: in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or cracks. With a little assistance from AT&T, I was able to swap my existing SIM card and then used Samsung Smart Switch to migrate all my existing phone data to the new one in about an hour. I've been using the S23 for about a week and no issues at all. I'm very pleased with the whole experience at BackMarket and would trust them for any future support and purchases.

    wasn't happy with it at first because it was overheating probably because I was downloading a lot of apps and it was fresh out of the box, but it seems to not be getting hot now. so I love it. plus I placed my order Thursday night and I received my s23 Saturday at noon. not even a 48 hour wait. incredible..!!!!!
