I took a chance on ordering a "fair" condition phone because my old Galaxy S8 was run over by a car and the screen was broken enough to make it unusable. But, I didn't have the money to spend much for a new phone. The condition of this phone is amazing for the price. There is one very small crack on the side of the phone that I barely even notice and the battery life is as good as my old one. I will definitely be back for my 3rd phone from BackMarket when the time comes! Thanks!

I was a little apprehensive about the nonspecific, generalizing about the classifications of the phones: ie. Fair, Good, Excellent. My particular phone did not have one in Excellent so opted for Good. I was pleasantly surprised. The phone was seemingly new!

Product in excellent condition. Arrived quickly and price is right. My only issue - it is an unlocked phone but was originally a T-Mobile phone and the app for T Mobile cannot be removed so the phone starts up with the T-Mobile logo and sound - when I am using the phone on Verizon
