The quality of the Galaxy S9 I ordered was as advertised. I could not tell if the item was new or refurbished. Not a scratch or smudge on it. I have purchased four phones and two watches, all Samsung Galaxy series. They have all worked fine for about two years now. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the products purchased/received. I did receive one item that looked like it had not even been wiped off. This must have been a warehouse error, perhaps sending me a return or one not yet refurbished. I simply returned it free of charge & received another within a couple of days. Did not have a scratch on it. Looked brand new. I recommend Back Market. I received the wrong color phone, which means I did not receive the phone I ordered from the website. I would have preferred a communication from either Accipio Technologies, Inc. (the seller) or Back Makret, stating it was no longer available and either offer the same model in a different color or a cancellation. Since the color is not a deal breaker, just a disappointment, I will not return it for that reason. I did not open the package for several days and the battery was at 0%. It seems to be holding a charge but we shall see how well. We've had no issue with a previous BackMarket purchase which is why we chose to shop here again. However, I would advise anyone to check the ratings of the vendor who refurbished the item they wish to purchase. The transferring of my data from the other Samsung Galaxy S9 to this one was involved but complete. The only little problem is that my battery does not last several days without charging.
