Was questioning a used or refurbished phone for the price. When I go, it was in immaculate condition. The gf was very happy and loves it she got a case for it already etc the same day it showed up. Works great as it should. Very pleased with the service I also purchased the extra 2years service plan.

It is great, very nice phone, it is like new, there is only one small scratch on the lower left on the black rim. If it was perfect, I'd have rated excellent. I ran diagnostics everything is fully functional. I like the fact that it's good for the environment. I also like the fact that I'm not paying Samsung directly for the phone around $1000. I feel the $400 paid is pretty fair. I would recommend back market to my friends.
