I would like to preface this by saying the device itself was in perfect condition. It arrived as expected, it functions, the works. However...the only reason I'm not giving this a review of complete satisfaction is because it was not communicated in any way that the phone was shipping with a lightly damaged screen protector. When I noticed this initially, I freaked and agonized about having to return the item from what was supposedly a damaged screen after finishing my setup. It was only upon my inspection of the phone whilst taking photos for what would have been the return that I noticed the edges of the protective peel. When I pulled the peel off, the screen was revealed to be pristine as I hoped for (and expected to see initially). So all good on that front. If nothing else, a change I would like to see BackMarket and/or sellers make is added disclaimers for refurbished products that fit the situation I had. It's not fair either to the buyer to be agonizing over an unmentioned addition like a misleading screen protector or to the seller who may have to deal with less observant people immediately raising concerns without noticing things like I did. I love my Galaxy Z Fold 3 5g! It is beautiful! I received it in the color matte green and in excellent condition. It was delivered in a timely fashion and it even came with the original box and charger cord! It has no dents, dings, or scratches at all! If I didn't know any better I would think that it was brand new! It works perfectly. This is my 4th phone from backmarket! Customer service was great whereas, I had previously ordered another Fold 3 which had issues.. They quickly refunded me and even sent me a discount code towards ordering another phone, which was appreciated. Their communication was great! I will forever shop with this company! Thanks Backmarket! 😊

I love my phone. So far, the only quirk I've noticed is that when it's plugged in, it really doesn't want me to type a text message. Other than that, it's a pretty brilliant design and I hope it stands the test of time.

The screen has a crack/scratch running through the center of the folded screen. It would be nice if the description mentioned the screen was damaged. We have purchased many devices from BackmMarket over the last couple and are usually very happy with the device and service.

I love backmarket! This was the 2nd of 4 phones that I have purchased from here. It came in a timely fashion (came early), they are always friendly and communicate well! Great service! Aside from that..when this phone first came it looked to be in Excellent condition as described with the exception of 2/3 knicks on the sides of phone.But after using for a couple of hours I realized something was wrong. The sound was going in and out, the inner display screen would randomly go black and the phone would get hot and it wasn't even on a charger. I had to send the phone back for either a repair or refund. I received a refund and a discount code from Backmarket that i could use towards a future purchase. I have done just that! I've bought the same phone (different color) from another seller. Hopefully 2nd time is a charm! I shall update soon!

The quality, and timeliness of processing and shipping are top notch. The only negative is lack of customer service. Also watch out for these phones there known signal issues on tmobiles network. Nothing to do with it being a referb nor back market.
