the experience of buying on back market was good, issues getting my package but that was fedex. Just be weary of what you buy as "unlocked" devices. mine was unlocked but was actually a verizon variation which meant software updates were restricted to when the carrier put them out. the device i got was on the wrong software version as well as the wrong security update. was able to fix it with samsung but just something I thought I'd mention.

Service Reception with US Cellular is Worse on this Fold 5 than my old Fold 3. I feel like I would rather have just replaced my Fold 3 than upgrade. I can't speak for other carriers. The phone itself is great. Just reception is my only issue. Product was delivered fairly quickly by Back Market, no issues with them.

The phone came in on time but it wasn't in "excellent condition" as stated. The fold had nicks on the hinge and scratches on the back. I thought the excellent selection was supposed to be like brand new but I guess not. The phone works fine just the nicks and scratches that made me put 3 stars.

An excellent experience. I received the phone 1-2 days early which was a nice surprise. The phone is in great shape and is exactly as described. I even got a second phone for my partner! Would recommend.

I ordered the excellent condition model. It arrived quickly and I honestly couldn't tell it wasn't new (other than it not coming in the original manufacturer packaging). I came from a Note 20 Ultra and am very happy with my purchase.
