This was the first time I have ever purchased a phone online as well as a refurbished phone. This company is SOOOOOOO GREAT! I absolutely will buy without (a doubt) from Back Market if I need anything from now on. I ordered a phone in "fair" conditioned Galaxy s10+ for roughly $170.00 with 128 gb. I was absolutely stunned when I picked it up out of the box. NOTHING was wrong (cosmetic wise/or mechanically). I love that they also help save on electronic waste. THANK YOU ALL @ Back Market!!! I purchased 2 galaxy s10+ for my son and myself. The only difference is the color and the GB. I was pleased with the price, fast delivery and the condition of both phones. I did get the 2 year warranty for both, and have just put in a claim on his. After 1 1/2 yr it had a crack in the screen and eventually lost screen access to blackout. We had to take to our nearest ubreakit/wefixit. Instead of fixing it, I am waiting for a e-card for credit. Fortunately we had his old phone to reactivate while we do this. We didn't want it replaced, just fixed, but due to Samsung policy for repair, his back side was cracked also (he's not easy on phones) and both sides would need replaced, making replacement cheaper than repair. I always get tough covers and have dropped my phone 1k+ times with no issues. He switched his cover to some foo foo logo he likes and I think that's why his became cracked. I am waiting on that e card to replace his phone, and will also be buying a phone on back market for my husband. So glad I found them online!

The price was great and the Galaxy S10+ that I ordered was shipped quickly and was as described however there seems to be a minor issue with the charge port as it will not fast charge. I use the same charger with my work phone and it fast charges no problem.

This cell phone buying experience was like no other probably the best I ever had since smartphones came out the device shipped in a better condition than I purchased is completely networked unlocked but the cell listed it as T-Mobile lot I got more than my money's worth the only negative is that and the charger that came with the phone is God awful I wish it would have came with a OEM charger

Switiching from Iphone 8 plus to Samsung s10+ was great. Phone came fast and in exact condition, I was a bit sceptical because ive never bought a used phone, but its great. 100% recomand thinking of buying a watch. (sorry for some mispelled words)
