Phone, customerservice all good. Previous phone was galaxy S10e also(it went in the pool with me for about 5 minutes one day) and it would sometimes freeze up when scrolling up/down as this one does. Is this operator or phone defect? Also, would you be able to refurbish phone that went for swim? Thanks Rhonda

Came early, pristine condition. Not a complaint at all re the device. Now the US Mobile sim card deal did not work with it. It seems their warp speed service just isn't provisioned for the S10e and this isn't the seller's fault here. 5 starts for sure for refurbishing and shipment. Will def order from backmarket again.

Love my refurbed Galaxy S10e! I just retired and had to give up my Galaxy S9 which was paid for by my company. I was happy to get a very affordable similar model in size, features, and navigation. I am on Spectrum's $14 per 1 GB plan which suits me fine. If I go over the 1 GB I pay just another $14. Works well for me!

Really satisfied with my purchase. It looked brand new when I got it in the mail even though the condition was listed as only "Good". Had no issues transferring the Verizon chip over from my older phone. The Galaxy S10e is the perfect small size that I was looking for in an upgrade...fits right in my hand and pocket easily.

arrived promptly. was listed as Fair condition, but looks and performs like new as far as i can tell. included charging cable was 4', which was longer than i expected. i am completely satisfied and will absolutely use BackMarket again in future.

The S10e arrived in perfect shape, it looks like a brand new phone. I'm still getting to know all the different things this phone actually does. I think it will work out great for me. I would buy from the Back Market again and my entire family already buys from the Back Market already. Totally recommend the Back Market to any and all.
