The delivery of the phone was great and seamless. I was leery of the refurbished idea but loved the recycling part. The phone heats up when charging. I am going to try using a Samsung charger and keep my fingers crossed..

I ordered the "fair" phone, expecting a visibly used one. I basically have a very minimally scratched, new phone. Had someone gifted this to me I'd never know it was refurbished. Works like new. No issues this far. Glad I made this purchase!

Although the screen has some small scraps on it they are not terribly noticeable. Other than that the phone works fine and the delivery was good. Have to keep you in mind the next time I order a refurbished phone.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Galaxy s22. Works like a charm. I am 87 years old...and not especially tech savvy, but I have no trouble getting this phone to do what I want. Buying a refurbished phone from Back Market saved me lots of money that I really did not want to spend on a phone. I recommend the phone...and the vendor, Back Market. Glad to see Back Market advertizing on TV. Good marketing move.

Little hesitant about a refurbished item, but it's working great. Fair condition looks fine in my case (can't tell with the case on), and functionality wildly better than my 5.5yo previous phone. At this price and be quality, I CAN afford to upgrade every few years, instead of ushering my phone to kindergarten age.

I am definitely old school; and would only consider buying a new phone. So, that being said, this is my very first time purchasing a refurbished (anything). While contemplating where I was going to purchase a new phone my daughter turned me onto the Back Market site. From locating the brand that I wanted, in the color I wanted (yes, that was a big deal) and so was the price. The phone looks brand new, no scratches or dents anywhere. Processing the payment, tracking the package to my front door (it arrived on time), everything has gone smoothly. All of my information was transferred from the old phone to the new phone without an hitch. While I am still learning to navigate my way around the screens (this was an upgrade); for now I sum it all up by saying that I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Back Market.....

I purchased an "Excellent" condition phone. The "Rate Order" icon said the message in Quotes below. "Galaxy S22 5G 256GB - Phantom Black - Unlocked Condition: Very good" There is about a 1/4" to 3/8" deep scratch on the front glass display. Does not seem it should be rated as Excellent on your Sales site, and Very Good on your "Rate The Phone" site about the same phone. The Battery was also COMPLETELY dead, which isn't a real problem I'm sure. It has currently been charged.
