The phone was in great condition, battery is keeping a charge for the average hours. There was a few scratches on the screen. Minor, but noticeable when in uhd display mode. Overall im very satisfied. A note for consumers, most screen protectors are incompatible with the edge screen or security functions.

I had a few hiccups with the phone rejecting my sim card as the phone was originally through verizon. After some playing around and callin verizon i got it to work with my carrier. Onwards! The phone is basically in pristine condition, I had to do some minor cleaning up on it BUT there are no scratches or anything. Runs smoothly, easy to transition all of my stuff to the new phone. Thank you!

No one even tried to save the deal and asked if I wanted the correct phone. They sent me the phone that does not have 5G access. They literally ask me to check with the carrier to validate that it supports the 5G signal or not. I thought these sellers had technical knowledge about the devices they are selling. All that information is clearly stated online with websites like gsmarena. The model numbers indicate what works here in the USA and with what signal. I felt like they just wanted me to just buy the incorrect one. This was a terrible experience.

This phone was listed as eligible for/compatible with "ALL CARRIERS" but it is NOT eligible for service with T-Mobile. I inserted my sim card and an error message came up. I brought the phone to my carriers retail location for assistance and was told the phone would not work their network.
