The phone shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. There was no charger included. At the same time, I changed carriers to T-Mobile, and after a few days, I realized that it would not send or receive certain group text messages. I couldn't tell if it was a T-Mobile problem or a phone problem. I tried everything and was ready to return the phone after a couple of weeks. Before doing so, I spent a few hours on the phone with T-Mobile customer service, and finally got the problem resolved after many resets. It was a phone problem and needed a "reconciliation."
